About Me

Hey there! I am Jun Long from Singapore, a software developer who did a mid-career switch from a mechanical engineering background.

I use Java and mainly work on Spring Boot and Spring Batch projects at work. In my free time, I work on my own project using Typescript and React.

I enjoy exploring open-source self-hosted projects and messing around with my Raspberry Pi by self-hosting apps. Shrimp-keeping is another of my hobby as watching them swimming around is therapeutic whenever I am taking a break from coding. I am also into reading recently and currently I am reading "Building a Second Brain" by Tiago Forte.
